Thank you for supporting our handmade shop. Every item is carefully crafted with love, attention to detail, and quality in mind. Because our products are handmade and often made to order, we kindly ask you to read our return policy carefully before purchasing.



Returns



We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase




Non-Returnable Items



The following items cannot be returned:


  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse




Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.



Return Shipping



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are not covered or refunded
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking




Exchanges



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.



Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
